Provide a safe, welcoming, and fun environment for women over 40 new to strength training looking to navigate middle age and perimenopause by building strength and improving mobility and function so you can feel emPOWERED and confident in the way you show up for yourself and those around you.

Nutrition/Lifestyle Coaching

  • Education on how to make proper food choices to support your goals
